Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of OTM Cloud solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful migration and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end solution architecture for OTM Cloud migration projects.
- Define functional and technical design standards aligned with business processes and Oracle best practices.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable OTM Cloud solutions.
- Oversee key OTM configurations including:
- Rate management
- Itineraries
- Planning parameters
- Automation agents
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to technical consultants during build and testing phases.
- Validate data migration strategies and ensure cutover readiness.
- Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases, ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Align with business stakeholders on the OTM Cloud migration roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in OTM Cloud migration projects (on-premise to cloud or greenfield implementations).
- Strong functional and technical expertise in OTM modules:
- Order Management
- Routing & Planning
- Execution
- Freight Audit & Pay
- Hands-on experience in OTM configuration, including:
- Itineraries and planning parameters
- Calendars and constraints
- Rate offerings and rate records
- Strong knowledge of:
- Automation Agents and status flows
- Carrier onboarding processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
