About the job you are considering

The Oracle Financials Architect provides end-to-end solutions that address clients' business requirements and solve complex business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to work with c-level executives from the client and multicultural teams including onshore/offshore members.

Your role

  • Design and validate a complex architecture for business transformation including road map in multiyear projects
  • Work closely with client and team members to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud
  • Lead and guide onshore and offshore teams
  • Define, communicate, and get buy in from the client around the solution and implementation road map
  • Create standards for implementation and enforce the governance
  • Initiate and maintain client relationship
  • Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams
  • Work actively with Capgemini Oracle Service Line operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence
  • Share practice management and administration responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development of staff
  • Be an active member within company's Oracle technology communities

Your skills and experience

  • 9 years or more of Oracle implementation experience including Cloud and EBS applications with strong knowledge in business process using GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Ebtax and SLA, Lease Accounting and Financial Accounting Hub
  • 4 years or more in lead roles with global implementation experience
  • Experience with Oracle and non-Oracle integration for Order to Cash and Procure to Pay
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong consulting experience and analytical skills to guide the implementation team to lead fit-gap analysis, business process designs, define testing strategy and cutover activities
  • Leading practices knowledge and comprehensive knowledge of a particular technical specialty or industry

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $78,500 - $164,500

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
