YOUR ROLE
You will contribute to strategic initiatives focused on network strategy, operating model evolution and the roadmap toward Autonomous and AIenabled Networks, helping clients address todays challenges while preparing for the future.
- Supporting network strategy definition and endtoend transformation roadmaps toward Autonomous and AIenabled Networks;
- Contributing to automation maturity assessments, Target Operating Models and OSS/network transformation initiatives;
- Developing strategic analyses and business cases for network evolution, leveraging industry standards (e.g. TM Forum);
- Preparing clientready deliverables and working in mixed consultingclient teams under senior leadership guidance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Solid experience in Telco strategy, network transformation or consulting engagements, with strong problemstructuring, analytical and business case development skills;
- Good understanding of Telco network domains (planning, engineering, deployment or operations), OSS concepts and interest in AI, automation and datadriven network models; familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (e.g. ODA) is a strong plus;
- Collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity and motivation to grow within a leading consultancy, embracing innovation, sustainability and client impact;
- Ability to work effectively in teambased environments, support senior stakeholders and progressively take ownership of workstreams and client interactions.
Note: The role requires 46 years of experience in management consulting, strategy or Telco transformation roles. Fluent English is mandatory, while Italian is considered a strong plus. Certifications are not required; however, TM Forum or networkrelated certifications are considered an asset.
