Your Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineer to join our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in routing & switching, wireless (campus and datacenter environments), along with hands-on exposure to Cisco ACI and a solid understanding of Palo Alto firewalls. This role demands strong troubleshooting capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality network solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
-Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade network solutions across campus and datacenter environments.
-Deploy and manage routing & switching infrastructure (L2/L3).
-Implement and optimize wireless networks for large-scale campus environments.
-Support and contribute to datacenter network architectures, including fabric-based designs.
Professional Services Delivery
-Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery for client engagements.
-Provide on-site and remote support as per project requirements.
-Conduct site surveys, audits, and network assessments.
-Vendor & Stakeholder Management
-Coordinate with OEMs/vendors (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto) for escalations and support.
-Work closely with client to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
-Manage communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
-Prepare detailed network design documents (HLD/LLD).
-Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, and SOPs & handover to Operations team for support.
-Ensure adherence to industry best practices and security standards.
Your Profile
Required Skills & Experience
-Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, VXLAN, etc.).
-Hands-on experience with enterprise wireless solutions (Cisco 9800 platform & Meraki would be a plus).
-Solid exposure to datacentre networking concepts and architectures.
-Practical experience with Cisco ACI (deployment, troubleshooting, operations).
-Good understanding of Palo Alto firewalls including policies, NAT, and security features.
-Knowledge of ClearPass NAC or equivalent with conceptual knowledge to provide MAB & 802.1x authentication for Wired & Wireless Devices.
-Good troubleshooting & analytical Skills to perform advanced troubleshooting across network layers (L1L7).Support critical incidents and ensure minimal downtime.
-Strong debugging and packet-level analysis skills.
-Ability to quickly isolate and resolve complex network issues. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide long-term fixes.
-Experience in professional services or consulting roles.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
-Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
-Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, Cisco ACI, Palo Alto certifications).
-Experience in large enterprise or multi-site environments.
Work Environment
-Client-facing role with a mix of remote and on-site work.
-Requires flexibility for travel and working across different time zones based on project needs.
