Your Role
As a MuleSoft Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, deploying, monitoring, and supporting MuleSoft applications on the Anypoint Platform. You will work closely with development, CloudHub operations, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration operations.
Your Profiles
Platform & Application Administration
- Manage and administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Runtime Manager, API Manager, and Access Management.
- Oversee, monitor, and optimize Mule applications deployed on CloudHub, with focus on performance, logging, and runtime stability.
- Perform issue triaging, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and incident resolution in production environments.
- Handle deployments, environment management, and release support across dev/QA/prod.
Integration & API Platform Support
- Manage API Gateways, TLS certificates, security configurations, and policy enforcement.
- Support backup, restore, DR activities, and platform health checks.
