Your Role

  • Validate and process customer orders, coordinating approvals with Finance, SCM, and Product teams;
  • Serve as main contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information;
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with Logistics and manage order changes;
  • Prepare invoices, export documents, and manage letters of credit or prepayments;
  • Monitor receivables, support dunning, and assist with payment allocation;
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and update distribution plans. and support after-sales follow-up and customer calls.

Your Profile

  • Good command of spoken and written English and German - minimum B2 level;
  • 3-12 months of experience in Customer Service/ Order Management;
  • Solid understanding of O2C processes and international trade basics;
  • SAP SD and MS Office proficiency;
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a proactive approach.
