Job Role
We are looking for highly skilled Japanese Bilingual Associates with hands-on experience in AWS or Software Testing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, and be comfortable collaborating with Japanese clients and technical teams.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Communicate with Japanese stakeholders, clients, and internal teams (verbal & written).
- Translate business requirements, technical documents, and meeting discussions.
- Work on AWS cloud services or perform functional/non-functional testing based on project needs.
- Support project delivery by bridging communication between Japanese and Indian teams.
- Participate in client calls, requirement gathering sessions, and status meetings.
- Prepare and review bilingual documentation (EnglishJapanese).
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams; support potential onsite assignments.
Required Skills
- JLPT N2 Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Japanese and English communication.
- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in:
- AWS Cloud Services, OR
- Software Testing (manual or automation)
- Understanding of SDLC & agile methodologies.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
