Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager, as a Digital Product Lead you will drive the strategy design and delivery of innovative digital products that enhance customer experience and align with clients transformation objectives. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to define product vision prioritize features and ensure seamless execution in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the digital product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Lead end to end product lifecycle ideation design development testing and launch
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders UXUI teams and technology squads to deliver customer centric solutions
  • Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure backlog prioritization for timely delivery
  • Monitor product performance metrics customer feedback and market trends to optimize features
  • Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and clients governance standard.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in digital product management within banking or financial services
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys digital channels and emerging technologies
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies ScrumSAFe and product delivery frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with API driven ecosystems mobile web platforms and data driven decision making.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Payments Retail Banking or Digital Transformation programs
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services
  • Certification in AgileProduct Management CSPO SAFe POPM.
