Job Description
The Learning Business Partner (LBP) acts as the strategic interface between the business and the Learning & Workforce (LVW) organization. The role ensures that learning priorities are aligned with business objectives, global frameworks, and compliance requirements. LBPs drive collaboration, governance, and insights to enable capability building across their span of control.
She/He acts as an account manager for Learning, responsible for defining and delivering learning priorities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring end-to-end accountability for learning programs across portfolios, professional groups, and business units.
Roles and Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR, with exposure to global programs and governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in learning governance and program management.
- Ability to manage budgets and validate compliance requirements.
- Analytical mindset for data accuracy and reporting.
