Job Description

As a Project Coordinator in the Life Sciences sector, you will provide operational and administrative support to project activities supporting pharmaceutical and engineering initiatives. Working under the guidance of senior project leaders, you will help ensure smooth daytoday project execution through strong organization, communication, and followup.

This role is designed as a developmental Project Management position, offering handson exposure to project coordination activities while building structured PM capabilities in a regulated environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to ongoing project activities, working under the guidance of senior project managers and program leaders.
  • Monitor project progress, maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation, and ensure information is properly structured and accessible.
  • Organize and support project meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, action tracking, and followup on decisions.
  • Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders by supporting information flow across teams and escalating points of attention when needed.
  • Track actions, risks, and deadlines, identifying potential issues and escalating them appropriately to senior leads.
  • Support scheduling and resource coordination activities to help keep project deliverables on track.
  • Assist with project status reporting, dashboards, and progress updates.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP principles, and regulatory constraints.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Curious, proactive, structured, and eager to continue developing project management skills in a regulated setting.
