Junior Platform Engineer

YOUR ROLE

• Support day-to-day monitoring and operation of production systems under guidance.
• Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents following established procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations (with mentorship and escalation support).
• Help maintain monitoring dashboards, alerting rules, and basic observability setups.
• Contribute to operational tasks such as service checks, deployments, and configuration updates.
• Assist in documenting runbooks, operational procedures, and known issues.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in cloud-native production environments, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid programming skills (Python or Java) for automation, plus experience with containers, orchestration, and Linux systems.
• Comfortable working in Agile / DevOps environments and cross-functional teams, with the ability to document architectures and processes clearly.
