Your role

The Role processes end to end, ensuring they are scalable, compliant, and consistently applied across the organization. Act as the key point of contact for strategic initiatives and operational challenges, while partnering closely with HR leaders, the Advisory Hub, and delivery teams.

Your tasks

  • Define and maintain global standards, policies and documentation
  • Lead process design, improvements and optimization using data and feedback
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives
  • Establish governance, decision forums and change control mechanisms
  • Ensure compliance with audit, risk and data privacy requirements
  • Manage senior stakeholders across HR and regions
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, system owners and vendors
  • Partner with HR Tech on system design and enhancements
  • Define KPIs and monitor process performance and outcomes
  • Provide reporting on process health, risks and progress

Your profile

  • Experience in Internal Communications, SDM Strategy or global HR operations
  • Proven ownership/design of endtoend processes in global environments
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR metrics
  • Experience with HR systems and workforce administration tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and decisionmaking skills
  • Analytical, structured and datadriven mindset
  • Ability to simplify complex processes into clear guidance
