Your role
Your tasks
- Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions for software distribution, patching, Autopilot, and device configuration
- Manage Windows and Android devices using Intune configuration profiles and policies
- Ensure compliance by working closely with security teams on patching and configuration standards
- Provide Tier 2 support for Intune-related incidents, requests, and troubleshooting
- Automate and optimize device management activities using PowerShell scripting
- Maintain clear technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Support continuous improvement of modern workplace services and operational processes
Your profile
- You have hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune in a production environment
- You work confidently with Windows and Android device configuration and management
- You understand Azure / Entra ID and Active Directory, including Group Policy concepts
- You use PowerShell to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
- You approach problems analytically and enjoy finding practical, user-focused solutions
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You take ownership, act responsibly, and align your work with team and client goals
- You are open to learning, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a supportive team culture
