Your Role

We are looking for a mid/senior Scrum Master to act as a facilitator and guardian of agile principles within our teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in agile environments, the ability to remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and support multidisciplinary teams in delivering highvalue products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team understands and applies Scrum principles and other agile practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective).
  • Work closely with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.
  • Remove impediments that impact team productivity.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor performance metrics (Velocity, Burndown, predictability, lead time, among others) and support the team in analyzing and optimizing workflow.
  • Support the team in developing advanced agile practices (Kanban, XP, Lean, DevOps mindset).
  • Advocate for agility with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate alignment sessions, workshops, and teambuilding activities.
  • Act as a mentor for less mature teams using agile methodologies.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile practices in general.
  • Experience working with software development or digital product teams.
  • Negotiation skills, clear communication, and conflict management.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Miro, or equivalents.
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, PMIACP, or equivalents.
  • Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
  • Familiarity with agile metrics and analytical dashboards.
  • Experience in DevOps environments and continuous delivery practices.
  • Experience in agile coaching or advanced facilitation.
