Your Role

As an HR Process Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services across the full employee lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure efficient process execution, compliance with policies, and continuous improvement of HR operations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Your Tasks

  • Deliver HR transactional support across areas such as onboarding, mobility, compensation, and employee lifecycle changes.
  • Respond to client queries and escalations via phone, chat, email, and case management systems.
  • Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of HR data in line with policies and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support smooth service delivery.
  • Manage assigned HR processes in line with methodology and transition plans.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate issues while ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update process documentation and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement, process standardisation, and mentoring of junior team members.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce administration / employee data management.
  • Advanced German (minimum C1) and strong English (minimum B2) language skills.
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors).
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven project management skills in a corporate environment.
  • Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
