Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain crossplatform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart within a regulated Financial Services / Insurance environment. This role requires strong handson development experience, attention to performance and security, and the ability to collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, productiongrade mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain crossplatform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
  • Build responsive, reusable UI components for iOS and Android
  • Ensure consistent user experience across devices, screen sizes, and platforms
  • Integrate mobile applications with backend services using RESTful APIs and JSON
  • Optimize application performance, stability, and memory usage
  • Troubleshoot defects and support production issues as needed
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to enforcing coding standards and best practices
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and delivery
  • Ensure applications meet security, quality, and compliance standards required in regulated environments

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong handson experience with Flutter and Dart
  • Experience building production mobile applications for both iOS and Android
  • Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile/backend integrations
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Strong problemsolving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
  • Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional, clientfacing environments

Preferred / NicetoHave Skills

  • Experience with native Android or iOS development for platformspecific integrations
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile application build and deployment

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000 - $118,000/ yearly.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
