Your role
- Prepare monthly Forecasts, Actuals, and Annual Budgets for P&L and KPIs
- Perform financial reporting with dashboards, commentary, and variance analysis (Budget/Forecast/YoY)
- Conduct financial and variance analysis to support business decisions and improvements
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation of financial information
- Support Business Reviews, 3-Year Plans, and ad-hoc management requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance)
- Ensure governance, internal controls, and SOP compliance
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digitization initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders on delivery, performance, and future planning
Your profile
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial statements, and P&L drivers
- Experience in financial planning, reporting, and analytics
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, HFM preferred)
- Knowledge of data analytics, visualization & storytelling
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive and adaptable approach
- High attention to detail, timeline-driven, and governance-focused
