YOUR ROLE

As an Enterprise Data & Analytics Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will support clients and internal teams in defining, implementing and adopting data-driven solutions. You will contribute to the maturity of Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Advanced Analytics and AI initiatives, combining analytical expertise with structured project delivery.

In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:

  • Contribute to data strategy definition, operating models and data maturity assessments;
  • Support the implementation of data governance, data quality, security, privacy and compliance policies (e.g. GDPR, DAMA, DCAM);
  • Perform data cataloguing, lineage analysis, data quality rule definition and monitoring activities;
  • Prepare datasets, analyses and models supporting advanced analytics and AI use cases;
  • Contribute to project design, documentation, data-driven PMO activities and stakeholder coordination.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Business & methods: Experience in data-driven consulting activities, including assessments, requirements gathering and preparation of project artifacts;
  • Technical skills: Solid knowledge of data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM), data modeling, data quality, lineage and metadata management; familiarity with SQL, BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and modern data platforms is a plus;
  • Capgemini DNA: Collaborative mindset, client orientation and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Personal skills: Strong communication and facilitation skills, structured thinking and problem-solving attitude.

Note:Education and background: 24 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management or consulting roles. Exposure to data or digital transformation projects is required.
