Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring the overall financial health of the bank.
- Lead initiatives to optimize the banks capital structure, manage costs effectively, and allocate financial resources to maximize performance.
- Run multiple financial scenarios to forecast potential outcomes under different market conditions, ensuring preparedness for various economic climates.
- Understand the role of fintech in transforming traditional banking models and drive the integration of innovative financial technologies.
- Advise clients on financial operating model redesign, digital finance, regulatory changes, and process automation.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.
- Drive the sales cycle and secure new consulting engagements.
- Lead the development of offers and consulting assets to support pre-sales, GTM pursuits, and capability demonstrations.
- Work closely with the account team to understand customer and partner requirements and constraints.
Primary Skills
This person will have 18-20 years of experience in Finance Transformation with deep expertise in key areas such as Process Optimization, Technology Integration, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Liquidity Risk Management and Oversight and a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.
- This person should be willing to take on a committed engagement role or client-facing advisory/delivery responsibilities while implementing our offers/solutions with our local and/or global teams.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) are strongly preferred.
