Full Job Description

Your Role

Delivery & Governance

  • Own planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization for the assigned Cards workstream.
  • Establish and maintain delivery plans, milestones, RAID, dependencies, and readiness checkpoints.
  • Enforce delivery controls, reporting, and governance aligned to the overall program.

Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate daily execution across architects, BAs, system analysts, engineering, testing, and vendors.
  • Manage cross-stream dependencies, integrations, and handoffs to ensure aligned timelines.
  • Drive issue resolution and ensure milestone commitments are met.

Stakeholder & Communication

  • Act as the primary workstream interface for bank stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Provide structured status updates, KPIs, and escalation inputs to SteerCos.

Change, Risk & Readiness

  • Own workstream-level change, risk, and dependency management.
  • Ensure functional, technical, testing, and operational readiness across SIT, UAT, scheme certification, and cutover.

Cards Domain Oversight

  • Apply Cards domain expertise to guide delivery across issuing flows, integrations, and certification cycles.
  • Ensure adherence to scheme mandates, PCI-DSS, and bank compliance standards.
