YOUR ROLE
- Lead and deliver Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Automation initiatives to improve endtoend business processes.
- Drive highimpact transformation projects with measurable financial and operational outcomes.
- Diagnose current processes, design futurestate solutions, and support implementation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional and senior stakeholders to align improvements with business goals.
- Coach and mentor Green/Black Belts and support a strong Continuous Improvement culture.
- Conduct Gemba Walks, process mapping, VSM, FMEA, and datadriven analysisPresent insights, progress, and results clearly to leadership.
YOUR PROFILE
- 14+ years of overall experience, with 810+ years in Continuous Improvement / Business or Digital Transformation
- Strong handson expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (Mandatory: Six Sigma Black Belt certified)
- Proven experience leading Kaizen and process improvement programs
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills
- Handson experience with Quality frameworks (QC/QA/QI)
- Working knowledge of RPA and AIdriven automation projects
