Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Data & AI Engineer / AI Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in Python, Databricks, and LLM-based solutions. The role combines data engineering, LLM/agentic workflow development, and LLM evaluation & quality assurance, supporting enterprise-scale AI initiatives.
The candidate should be capable of working across the data layer, AI/LLM workflows, and evaluation frameworks, with experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (preferably Azure).
Primary (Mandatory) Skills
- Strong Python programming experience
- Databricks: PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI or workflow orchestration
- Data modeling and data quality fundamentals
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
Experience Requirements
- Experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or AI/Data Science roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Python
- Exposure to LLM-based systems (development, evaluation, or testing)
