Your role

As a Data Privacy Specialist, you will support the implementation and daytoday running of data protection processes within Pension Services. You will monitor compliance with data protection requirements, identify privacy risks, and support the business in managing them. You will oversee suppliers compliance, help promote a strong data protection culture, and play a key role in handling data breach incidents, ensuring timely response and mitigation.

Your tasks

  • Stay up to date with data protection and cybersecurity laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the country DPO, group DPO community, and follow group data protection policies and guidelines.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on basic data protection questions.
  • Support and deliver trainings, awareness campaigns, and workshops to promote a strong data protection culture.
  • Help monitor compliance with data protection laws, internal policies, and contractual obligations, including supplier compliance.
  • Support reviews of supplier certifications and GDPR questionnaires (e.g. ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, SOC 2).
  • Assist in managing data breach incidents, ensuring timely coordination and escalation.
  • Support data protection risk assessments and internal or external audits, including documentation and reporting.

Your profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in law, IT, or business management.
  • 12 years of hands-on experience in data protection.
  • Good understanding of data protection laws, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, or compliance audits.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders.
  • Very good command of English.
