YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions that ensure secure and efficient access to systems, applications, and data across the organization. You will play a key role in strengthening our security posture by enforcing identity governance, access controls and compliance processes.
- Design, implement and manage IAM solutions
- Develop and maintain user lifecycle processes
- Configure role-based access control and least privilege models
- Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and Cloud platforms
- Monitor and audit access activities to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement identity solutions
- Perform identity risk assessments and recommend improvements
- Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide technical support
- Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices and standards
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms : Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols : SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP
- Experience with Active Directory and Cloud identity services
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards : ISO 27001, NIST
- Strong scripting skills are a plus : PowerShell, Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Attention to detail and security mindset
- Fluency in French and good command English are required
