Your Role

As a CX Cloud Solution Architect, you are responsible for designing and governing endtoend solution architectures for complex enterprise environments. You work at the intersection of business, technology and delivery, translating requirements into robust, scalable and cloudnative solutions.

Depending on your background and expertise, you may contribute to both core cloud transformation initiatives and digital experience platforms within Capgeminis DCX domain.

You act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, guide delivery teams and ensure architectural coherence across systems, platforms and teams.

What you'll do

  • Design endtoend architectures for enterprise applications and platforms
  • Translate business and functional needs into secure, scalable solutions
  • Apply cloudnative principles across infrastructure, platforms and apps
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns and guardrails
  • Act as architectural authority throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Architect and govern Digital Experience platforms (CMS, headless, composable)
  • Design largescale DCX solutions using platforms like Adobe Experience Manager
  • Build ecommerce and omnichannel ecosystems across frontend, backend and cloud
  • Define APIfirst and BackendforFrontend (BFF) architectures
  • Align UX, product and engineering teams around experience and technology
  • Ensure high performance, security, scalability and evolvability
  • Embed AI capabilities into digital products and platforms
  • Use specdriven development to improve quality and delivery speed
  • Leverage managed AI services and foundation models (e.g. Amazon Bedrock)
  • Bridge business and technical teams, coach developers, and support presales

Your profile

Required skills

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Cloud Architect or similar role in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and cloudnative architecture principles.
  • Experience designing distributed, APIbased and integrationheavy systems.
  • Affinity with or experience in digital platforms, such as CMS, ecommerce or customer portals.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and integration patterns is a strong plus.
  • Interest in or experience with AIenabled software development and platform automation.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in multiteam, enterprise and clientfacing environments.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 or AEM as a Cloud Service).
  • Experience with ecommerce architecture or omnichannel platforms.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloudnative AI services or platformlevel AI integration.
  • Relevant cloud or architecture certifications.
