Your Role

  • Own endtoend ALM for enterprise applications across Build, Run, Enhance, and Sunset.
  • Lead AMS delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and predictable outcomes.
  • Govern ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and audit compliance.
  • Drive Agile/DevOps delivery, release cadence, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as primary stakeholder interface, managing risks, roadmap, and financials

Your Profile

  • 12-14 Years overall experience.
  • Strong ALM leadership with Run + Change ownership in AMS / AE models
  • Engagement / Delivery Management (EM) client management, governance, and financial control
  • Proven experience managing enterprise production applications
  • Working knowledge of .NET or SAP (either acceptable; not required to be handson)
  • Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and ITSM (ITIL) frameworks
