Your Role:
- Capital Markets Investigator within Compliance (CMS) handling Trade Surveillance and E-Communication Surveillance
- Monitor, investigate, and escalate potential market abuse and communication breaches
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams on compliance matters
Your Profile:
- Review, analyze, and close Level 1 alerts from surveillance systems as per guidelines
- Identify suspicious activities (e.g., insider trading, market manipulation, MNPI sharing, unauthorized communication)
- Perform research using public sources and tools to support investigations
- Escalate relevant alerts and issues to Level 2/management with proper documentation
- Monitor employee electronic communications for regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and meet QA & productivity targets
- Support internal and regulatory investigations and reporting activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and adapt to process/regulatory changes
- Ensure adherence to procedures, controls, and complete mandatory trainings
