- AI Strategy & Innovation: Partner with executive stakeholders to identify business challenges and define how Agentic and Generative AI can unlock value, automate workflows, and drive transformation.
- Project & Delivery Oversight: Lead end-to-end AI and data science projects from proof of concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) through to scaled, production-level deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and build high-performing teams of data scientists, data engineers, and AI developers, championing technical excellence and continuous learning.
- AI Governance & Compliance: Steer ethical AI adoption by designing governance frameworks, mitigating risks, and ensuring AI systems adhere to data privacy laws and regulatory guidelines.
