Job Description:

Work with 3PL. to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Ensure accurate inventory management and control, including regular stock audits and reconciliation. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support overall business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting overall business objectives..

  • Decide logistics warehouse management decisions within agreed Delegations of Authority.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, international trading, logistics, or a related field, advanced degree preferred

Experience

  • Proven experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills including self-confidence and resilience.
  • Partnership and teamwork.
  • High-class sense of proactive thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
