About the role

The TA Wholesale Growth Coordinator is the heart of commercial growth for the TA wholesale business. The region spans across the entire US and includes both franchising & fleet opportunities. The markets and operational landscape are constantly evolving, and there are abundant optimization opportunities for the commercial-minded person who loves to problem solve to deliver real value quickly and deliver a customer experience that gives the TA brand a competitive edge. This role offers the opportunity to grow commercial skills and to learn how to successfully lead across multiple interfaces to achieve results and is a great opportunity to demonstrate and grow commercial skill and leadership!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team of commercial sales, franchise sales, fleet sales, logistic operators, pricing analysts, trading to deliver significant growth in the TA Wholesale business.
  • Owns the fuel supply relationship with franchise customers, fuel supply assurance process, and contract compliance
  • Develop and deliver the short-term opportunities while also leading a thorough longer-term sales growth strategy
  • Work closely with finance, & digital organization to deliver future financial metric tracking and overall performance scorecard
  • Play a key role in coordinating with the TA admin team in the development of strong back-office assurance processes, enabling a strong customer relationship.
  • Responsible for maintaining and tracking an overall prioritized hopper of wholesale opportunities consisting of ideas across T&S, Franchise, Fleet, & B2B
  • Meet the supply reliability, quality and inventory targets set by the business, working closely with the operations team to develop a feasible supply plan, drive performance, and intervene if needed.
  • Lead the coordination and understanding of the overall bp integrated value across all businesses

Essential Education, experience and requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Relevant experience in supply, fuel sales, and trading.
  • Proven commercial decision-making and analytical skills, preferably in extracting value from sophisticated supply chains
  • Validated ability to build networks and work with diverse teams with varying objectives
  • Understanding of, or ability to learn quickly, bp and industry footprint and regional sales volumes
  • Ability and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Able to assimilate and react to large amounts of diverse information and the confidence to lead sales risk-based discussions
  • Understanding of Fuel Supply, Logistics Operations, Fuel Sales or similar role is preferred

How much do we pay (Base)? 126,000 - 180,000 annually

  • Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

This position is eligible for US Benefits Core. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees. You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
