Job Description:

As the Remote Monitoring Lead for our global EV charging network, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, uptime, and performance of our charging infrastructure. You will be responsible with a small team, for real-time monitoring, fault detection, and leading a proactive strategy to mitigate network disruptions. This is a critical role in ensuring a flawless charging experience for our customer.

Shift Timing : 12.30 PM - 9.30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance and health of EV charging stations across a global network using sophisticated monitoring tools and dashboards.

Fault Identification & Escalation: Detect anomalies and faults in real-time, triaging issues, initiating corrective actions, and calling out to appropriate internal/external teams as required.

Data-driven Insights: Analyse performance data to identify trends, recurring faults, and areas for improvement; deliver actionable insights to multi-functional teams (engineering, maintenance, customer support).

Coordination & Communication: Collaborate closely with field service teams, network engineers, and third-party partners to resolve issues swiftly and optimally.

Process Optimisation: Develop and refine monitoring processes, fault resolution playbooks, escalation workflows, and critical metrics (to improve operational responsiveness and minimise downtime.

Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to communicate system health, incident volumes, trends, and SLAs to operational leadership.

Tool Ownership: Work with software teams to improve supervising platforms and ensure they meet evolving operational needs.

Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of monitoring specialists; provide mentorship, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Required:

Knowledge of EV charging technology, network protocols, and fault prioritizing principles preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle complex issues under pressure.

Demonstrable ability to work effectively with multi-functional and remote teams.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
