Job title: Production Superintendent
Reports to: Operations Installation/Site Manager

Intent:
Working with the Site Maintenance Superintendent, to ensure the Operations and Maintenance (O/M) Contractor delivery. This role ensures the Contractor delivers safe, reliable and cost-effective operations in compliance with contractual requirements at the site to the Companys standards and processes and increasing Production. Provide direction and supervision to the Control Room Technicians (CRO/BCO) daily in conjunction with the O/M Contractors activities. Act as a Site Safety Leader through the embodiment of the Companys Safety Leadership Principles (SLPs).

Experience and job requirements:

  • Extensive experience in offshore oil and/or gas operations and familiarity with BSEE and USCG regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in offshore Marine Operations
  • Previous supervisory position with particular emphasis on safety and performance management.
  • Previous experience working in a Contractor delivered Operating Model is highly desirable
  • Full role appointment will require completion and gap closure of Safety Critical Role assessment
  • Is currently accredited as a step-up site authority in GoA

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the O/M Contractor in driving the site safety culture to manage process and personal safety and act as the companys primary operational interface.
  • Monitor Contractor performance against agreed key performance indicators, achievements and service delivery expectations
  • Input to Contractor Performance Review Meeting process, raise NCRs as agreed and ensure quality feedback is provided to the CAM.
  • Responsible for ensuring Contract supervisors are delivering meticulous operating field by Contractor Operations Team.
  • Act as Barge Supervisor for the FPU providing oversight to Marine Operations.
  • Lead the Production team to safely improve daily production against agreed plans including driving understanding of production losses and actively participating in the area vulnerability process.
  • Inputs to development of operational plans to deliver on broader strategies, offering technical expertise where needed to ensure operational issues and constraints are proactively managed.
  • Accountable for operations input into the area integrated schedule with regards to plant preparation schedule and site constraints.
  • Accountable for the operations work program delivery including operations enabling work for other sub-function scopes (Comment: including CoW readiness).
  • Act as step up OIM(SA)
  • 21/21 rotations
