Role Summary:

The Product Manager works in close partnership with the Lead Product Manager, project managers, engineering teams, and global business collaborators to define, build, and deliver digital solutions across bps Global Platforms ecosystem. This role contributes to building scalable, customerfocused products that support global business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised outcomes
  • Act as a connector between business and engineering teams across regions, supporting effective collaboration
  • Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness activities
  • Support functional clarity across integrations, workflows, and operational processes
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve production issues and strengthen platform reliability
  • Support global rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives across products and platforms

Customer & Collaboration Leadership:

  • Represent customer and user perspectives, using data, research, and operational insights to advise decisions
  • Work with senior collaborators across digital, operations, and business teams globally
  • Share product context and progress clearly, adapting communication for both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Influence outcomes through collaboration and partnership, helping teams align on priorities and tradeoffs

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Experience in product management, business analysis, or digital delivery roles
  • Proven experience working on endtoend digital products or platforms
  • Experience contributing to sophisticated products in large, global organisations
  • Practical understanding of Agile and Lean product delivery approaches
  • Ability to collaborate across business, technology, and data domains
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
