Key Results & Accountabilities:

Lead the team to ensure safe and silent operations, ensuring operational, controls and quality targets are met

Monitor master data quality and operational performance, identifying trends and systemic issues.

Lead rootcause analysis and corrective actions in collaboration with Data SMEs and process owners

Drive continuous improvement in master data processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and cycle time.

Conduct regular formal check-ins with team to keep them appraised on the performance against defined goals, targets and ratings.

Proactively develop the skills, competencies and knowledge of master data team with an aim to create overall process SMEs for sustained operational delivery.

Develop a team environment that supports continuous improvements & promotes the growth mindset

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and find opportunities for automated or data-driven solutions.

 Customer centric mindset to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, maintenance and offboarding

 People management in alignment with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including planning, assigning and advising work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems

Collaborate with business partners as a SME to adequately support any new business or quickly react to supply disruption

Drive continuous improvement to drive efficient & cost-effective operations & meet efficiency/cost saving targets

Champion procedures and standardized processes in alignment with the master data policies, governance framework and business needs.

Flexible in Shifts (US/UK/Europe etc.)

Essential Education & Experience

  • Fluent in English language with the ability to express any idea without hesitation, have good vocabulary and grammar; people understand you easily. Both your spoken and written skills are good.

  • Bachelors degree in management, Legal, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience managing a client-service oriented function with experience in Customer Master Data, Vendor Master Data, Finance Master Data etc.

  • Minimum 8 10 years of experience in master data systems management and development; with hands-on experience dealing with data conversion, consolidation, enrichment, and harmonization.

  • Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment

  • Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organization.

  • Engaging and collaborative way of working

  • Resilient and experienced in working in multi-faceted environment.
