What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional teams in solving clients’ most pressing challenges across industries like technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, etc.
- Synthesize insights and steer the team's analytical efforts to create impactful innovative client solutions, leveraging BCG’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies
- Engage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data-driven narratives and vision-setting.
- Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy by orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines
- Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.
- Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building.
What You'll Bring
- Multiple years of combined consulting and industry experience, with proven expertise in leading high-impact, complex engagements
