The Opportunity:
When an organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs a business process specialist to learn its mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. Thats why we need you, a business process specialist who can analyze every aspect of your customers operations and give them the steps to improve their process.
As the Technical Support Team (TST) Travel Coordinator, youll provide administrative and logistical support using the Defense Travel System to ensure personnel travel for Warfighter Exercises (WFX) and other training events.

You Have:
3+ years of experience coordinating and adjusting travel orders based on training unit requirements
Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and 365 Teams
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
3+ years of experience preparing and processing official travel orders in DTS or via DD Form 1610
Experience managing lodging reservations and confirming availability through DTS or manual coordination
Experience adjusting Government Travel Charge Card credit limits to meet mission needs
Experience processing off-post travel orders covering lodging, meals, and incidentals
Experience providing reach-back support to deployed staff during exercises
Experience collaborating with external agencies to integrate travel requirements into exercise planning
Experience arranging domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) travel for civilian contractors supporting MCTP
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
