As an IT business analyst, youll help develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team, youll help identify clients business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. Youll learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and youll support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, youll contribute to the delivery of high business value products to clients.

You Have:
Experience translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements suitable for Agile teams
Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Agile management tools
Knowledge of Agile delivery concepts, including sprints, backlogs, and iterative development
Ability to analyze processes, data flows, and system interactions to identify gaps and dependencies
Ability to elicit, document, and refine business and technical requirements through stakeholder discussions and working sessions
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting testing activities or reviewing test cases for requirement alignment
Experience with Github Copilot or other agentic AI
Knowledge of enterprise or platform-based systems and shared services
Ability to lead or co-lead requirements elicitation workshops with business and technical stakeholders

The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
