We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President – Wealth Services, Alternatives & Private Markets Solutions Product Execution to join our Alternatives and Private Markets Solutions Group within the Wealth Services Platform team. This role is located in New York, New York.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Strategic analysis: Leading, independently and with teams, research and analysis to support key strategic business decisions including target market and client prioritization, product development prioritization and design decisions, buy/build/partner analysis and execution, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Execution leadership: Guide the team across product, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to execute key business priorities in an agile and accelerated manner. Act as a convener and leader in informing a broad set of internal and external stakeholders and leverage your strategic expertise to build alignment for a shared vision and path forward. Ensure the successful delivery against top priorities in a complex and dynamic market.
  • Client and market engagement: Act as a senior representative when engaging with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Develop our go-to-market strategy and inform our presence in the industry. Develop new thought leadership and perspectives that reinforce the value of our unique insights and role in the industry. Own and deliver partnership-like efforts to connect with third parties, including as providers of integrated point solutions and go-to-market collaborators.

  • Strong communicator & Influencer; ability to communicate ideas regardless of the audience, and ability to rally associates to your vision

  • A passion and interest in private markets, alternative investing, and the wealth channel, as well as experience leading strategic programs in large organizations

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
