We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Channel Strategy & Integration. This role is open to candidates in New York City, and Pittsburgh.
The position sits within our Marketing and Communications team and reports to the SVP, Channel Strategy & Integration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to build effective go-to-market campaigns across owned and paid channels, ensuring a unified and cohesive external approach
- Coordinate with channel leads – as well as product and segment marketing – to plan, execute and optimize campaigns and drive channel strategy recommendations
- Partner with brand and creative services to ensure creative outputs align to audience needs and business outcomes
- Partner with integrated planning team to help ensure successful execution of programs and marketing planning processes
- Oversee competitive analysis to inform channel recommendations
- Manage external agency partners to drive creative and strategic deliverables
- Drive development and adoption of innovative formats and channel execution
- Help deliver strong engagement and optimizations across BNY web properties, ensuring campaign journeys are effectively integrated across all channel touchpoints
- Establish genuine and collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and external partners to align deliverables with strategic objectives and support commercial outcomes
- Operate with high urgency; persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles
- Work effectively in a highly matrixed organization to increase transparency and solve shared challenges
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5-7 years’ marketing experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong mix of creative, analytic and strategic skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into compelling digital storytelling
- Excellent project management skills with incredible attention to detail
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe
- Strong verbal, written and overall communications skills

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $81,000 and $130,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
