Vice President, Trustee & Depositary

Were seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Trustee & Depositary to join our team. This role is located in Wroclaw.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Assist management in maintaining a comprehensive monitoring program and conducting a wide range of administrative and monitoring activities across both Custodians and Fund Managers (including their delegates).
  • Ensure the funds comply with regulatory and fund-specific documentation. Produce Trustee reports for funds for each period and/or year-end.
  • Drive forward operational efficiencies and streamline Safekeeping process for AIFs to increase cost savings and quality/ quantity of output
  • Assist in the development of team members by training and developing in the associated tasks, using coaching skills where necessary.
  • Provide feedback on performance to the Manager against objectives, PMPs and staff development plans.
  • Attend role relevant courses when required.
  • Review and complete various administrative duties within the team.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree preferably in business/legal related discipline; however, we welcome applications from all fields of study as we provide extensive training.
  • Preferably 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with Private Equity/Real Estate Depositary and/or Fund Accounting business is a must
  • Product knowledge: Private Equity/Real Estate/FOFs/Loans/OTC is a must
  • Familiarity with Accounting reports, such Statement of Investments (Portfolio Details), General Ledger, Trial Balance will be an advantage
  • High communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • PC literacy and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues to the satisfaction of clients.
  • High level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines.
