Were seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Amsterdam.
The Vice President, Trustee & Depositary plays a crucial role within the Service Delivery function, specifically in the Trustee & Depositary job family. This position is pivotal in ensuring that BNY's trustee and depositary services are executed with precision and in compliance with regulatory standards. The role supports BNY's strategic pillars by fostering client trust and delivering superior service, in alignment with the company's principles of integrity and client focus. As an individual contributor, the Vice President applies extensive expertise in regulatory practices and oversight services to enhance service delivery, driving efficiency and reliability in operations.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:
- Keep track of regulatory changes, engage in discussions within regulatory and oversight forums, and ensure regulatory compliant trustee and depositary services.Work together with teams from different jurisdictions and business units to provide harmonized, high-quality service, upholding BNY's exceptional client service standards.In fulfilling the oversight responsibilities, evaluate and assess risks within fund managers' operational procedures by instituting, upholding, and utilizing rigorous oversight methods.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements within the trustee and depositary operations.Maintain client management practices by demonstrating professionalism, knowledge of their organization and operations, and conducting well-prepared client visits and meetings.Provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed.Contributes to the initiation and achievement of team objectives.To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
