We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our Reconciliations & Control team. This role is based in Manchester, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the development and implementation of regulatory oversight strategies by demonstrating expertise in compliance and control mechanisms.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of regulatory requirements, ensuring all processes align with current laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the regulatory framework, ensuring effective oversight and control measures are in place.
- Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on regulatory changes, advising management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the regulatory oversight function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven track record in regulatory compliance and risk management strategies.
