We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Reconciliation Manager to join our Reconciliations & Control team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversee the reconciliation processes by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to support their growth and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
  • Develop and enhance control frameworks to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency, demonstrating expertise in reconciliation and control.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Typically 4-7 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in financial reconciliation and control processes.
