We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Production Services to join our LINE of BUSINESS OR CORPORATE ORGANIZATION team. Production Services CTOC MIM Team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Acting as primary point of contact for all incident escalations and management, across TSG and key business operations areas.
- Monitoring P1/P2/P3 incidents for engagement, impact assessment, progress and escalation and overall command and control.
- Monitoring scheduled changes to ensure unexpected developments are properly addressed, high risk change status is updated in a timely fashion and change/incident correlation is performed.
- Leading operations status calls at beginning and end of day.
- Providing decisions with subject matter expert input across all disciplines
- Communications and status updates for major incidents
- Commanding and participation in Datacenter disaster recovery tests
- Partnering with Cyber teams to manage incidents.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 - 12 years of related infrastructure or application support experience required;
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- Experience in People Leadership role is a plus
