We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Administration and Planning to join the Fund and Investor Solutions Platform. This role is located in Boston, MA, Lake Mary, FL, Pittsburgh, PA or New York City.
As Vice President, Administration and Planning at BNY, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Fund and Investor Solutions Platform. Your focus will be on optimizing business management operations and ensuring alignment with BNY's strategic pillars and principles. By fostering a collaborative environment and demonstrating leadership, you will contribute to the organization's commitment to innovation, integrity, and client service. Your role will support the enhancement of organizational effectiveness and efficiency, reinforcing BNY's dedication to excellence in all facets of its operating model.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Collaborating across Platform and Group leadership in support of platform strategic initiatives, developing trusting relationships at all levels within the Fund and Investor Solutions Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, demonstrating leadership in project management and execution.
- Composing and executing Platform strategic messaging including Town Hall presentations and talking points, Platform Newsletter, Weekly Accomplishments, Earnings briefings
- Partner with Product Leadership to maintain and publish product roadmaps; ensure traceability to platform objectives, KPIs, and client outcomes.
- Coordinating with Corporate Events on Platform Town Halls, Platform hackathons and other large platform events.
- Supporting and monitoring platform-level Key Results, and monitoring and reporting on indicators to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Strategy team, encouraging proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 6+ years overall experience
- Proven ability to exercise good judgment and emotional maturity while handling confidential matters with discretion across various situations with internal and external parties.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Expert written and verbal communication and organizational skills, with the ability to seamlessly balance multiple priorities while keeping the highest level of stakeholder / client service and response.
- Ownership mindset, with the aptitude to execute tasks from conception to completion with excellent attention to detail; ability to handle matters expeditiously and proactively, with proper follow-through.
- Resourceful and collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Exhibit willingness to innovate with AI enabled and other tools to increase productivity and optimize workflows.
- Strong acumen of PowerPoint / visual design, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Viva Engage.
- Proficiency in project management and process optimization, ensuring successful implementation of business strategies.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
