Were seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Representative I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:
- Completes daily work for the team and serves as the subject matter expert for transactions and processes.
- Researches and resolves complex operational or client issues. Identifies trends in client issues and proposes solutions.
- Suggest and implement process improvements.
- Helps develop and support the achievement of team objectives.
- Functions in a fraud prevention role by reviewing disbursement tasks for red flags.
- Understand, enforce, and communicate internal policies and procedures with front office colleagues.
- Use excellent client service skills to provide best-in-class interactions for our clients.
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Experience in Investment Management preferred
