We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Senior CLO Compliance Modelling and Analytics Manager (Senior Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis Manager) to join our Corporate Trust Analytics team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Streamline CLO Compliance Modeling, Waterfall modeling, ESMA reporting and QC processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, reducing the risk of errors.
- Ensure the team remains agile and responsive to evolving directives, while upholding high standards, ensuring compliance, and minimizing disruptions.
- Lead initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals, thereby contributing to overall success.
- Oversee the management of maintenance queues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Review legal documents, providing comments, recommendations, and final approval for inclusion in the modeling pipeline.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the integrity of financial models and reports.
- Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
- 7+ years of work experience within corporate trust or other securities industry.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Proficient in risk management and compliance procedures.
- Demonstrated success in analytical decision making and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at varying levels.
- Experience coding payment rules using programming languages such as Python.
- Ability to build Investor Reports that include distributions to holders and high-level asset level information.
