We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President Ops General Management Manager to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage a medium- to large-sized team or multiple small teams, setting departmental priorities and allocating resources to align with business objectives and annual plans.
- Manage activities through other managers or a large team of senior professionals, developing a shared vision and strategy to optimize team execution and performance.
- Develop departmental plans, including business, production, and/or organizational priorities, ensuring work produced meets and exceeds product/service quality standards.
- Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective teamwork; provide critical feedback at key times.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
- Experience in securities or financial services preferred.
- Proven ability to develop standard processes and policies and ensure operationalization by subordinate teams.
- Experience managing financial and human resources responsibility for assigned teams.
