We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President – Multi Asset Trading to join our Buy-Side Trading Solutions Team. This role is located in Boston, MA but is required to work EMEA hours.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage order flow global portfolios across a range of asset types, including Fixed Income, Currencies, exchange-based and OTC Derivatives.
  • Execute transactions using a variety of access methods and execution tactics with a global network of banks and broker-dealers.
  • Undertake Pre- and Post-Trade Cost Analysis to optimise execution behavior using a variety of analytics platforms.
  • Act as a liaison for the Portfolio Managers and Analysts, providing them with feedback and market color.
  • Ensure best execution standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to enhancements in trading workflows, including algorithmic execution and post-trade analytics.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong aptitude in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science and a background in quantitative analysis preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience with institutional trading of various asset classes, including Fixed Income, Currencies, Swaps, and Derivatives.
  • Understanding of global regulatory and market structure requirements, Best Execution concepts, Transaction Cost Analytics and Regulatory Reporting.
  • Signficant hands-on experience with OMS and EMS platforms, Fixed Income and FX trading venues and trading protocols.
  • Effective communication skills with a team-first attitude; self-starter with ability and desire to pursue initiatives and projects independently.
  • Strong execution expertise, cross-asset knowledge, and the ability to operate in a high-touch environment aligned with EMEA trading hours.
