We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Group Manager, Senior Vice President to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead and manage global processing teams responsible for providing quality support to clients with transactions and resolving operational issues.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

  • Maintain familiarity with industry best practices and seek opportunities to implement them as appropriate.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise to provide effective solutions.

  • Monitor and assess performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Determine and report on key performance and risk indicators.

  • Provide forward-looking insights on client trends to enhance the service proposition and drive future revenue growth.

  • Development of strategic initiatives designed to improve the overall client service experience and enhance team productivity and quality.

  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contributions and ability to function effectively with colleagues as a team.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting professional growth and advancement.

  • Responsible for the achievement of team goals and talent management.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA preferred.

  • Experience in Corporate Trust or Conventional Trust and Operations management

  • Strong leadership experience required.

  • Proven track record of implementing strategic change in an operational environment.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maximise collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Experience in identifying and implementing new technologies to modernise working practices and maximise operational efficiencies.
